Amy Nolen is the co-founder and financial backbone behind every business the Nolens have built, their house-flipping company, their rental portfolio, and Pete®. She leads operations and business strategy for the real estate side and oversees finance across all three. When Jon started building the first version of Pete® after-hours, Amy made sure it solved real problems for real investors, not just for one. Pete® feels different from other software in the REI space because Amy treats every customer the way she'd want a partner to treat her own business. Outside of work, Amy writes novels, loves to travel, and treasures time spent making memories with family.
